This product’s collection of copyrighted images, unique software, and other materials is sublicensed by the author to the purchaser for personal non-commercial use.
The author retains all rights to all original images, related data, and unique software created by the author for this product and its creation.
Under this license, subsequently referred to as the EULA (End User License Agreement), the purchaser may, for personal non-commercial use, view images, print a few copies, and use any image or image portion as computer wallpaper or as a screensaver on a single PC, or as artistic material in a purchaser-created occasion card, or use as clipart, or use in other similar non-commercial personal not-for-charge fashion, if credit of the material source is visibly provided along with the image or image portion and the image and credit are provided in a positive manner. Use as an artist’s reference for drawing or painting by hand is also permitted.
Unless subsequently authorized in writing by the author, this license prohibits computer based or other machine-based reproduction or distribution of the digital photographic images or software or other content or related derivative works (other than for creating one product media backup copy as provided for in the EULA). It also prohibits sale of product images or derivative images or their use in for-sale products, entry of such materials into contests, and the like. Similarly, unless subsequently authorized in writing by the author, next-level sublicensing, free or chargeable distribution or publication by any means including the internet or other networks or technologies of product digital photographic images, or sub-portions, or any other derivative works created by any means by the purchaser, is expressly prohibited.
