This product’s author is Paul Santori (Sr.), formerly employed by a major aerospace company in various technical and leadership roles, and a “Valley of the Sun” resident since 1990.

Paul’s many interests include the great outdoors, hiking, the Sonoran Desert, Sky Islands and other higher elevations, wildflowers, desert critters, photography, computers, computer programming, and more. Happily for the author, this project involves all of the above.

Many of these interests are shared by his wife Nancy who has contributed great ideas, supportive reference materials, evaluating and debugging prototypes, enhancing product usability, helping locate additional species, and more.

The author’s son Charles and his wife Kathy have provided invaluable support to software tool development and optimization.

The author’s son Paul Jr. has also provided invaluable support to development tool creation and optimization, and to prototype product testing and critique.

Many others too numerous to mention have provided support and encouragement throughout the development of this product.

While not a professional botanist, Paul consults with wildflower professionals on an ongoing basis to ensure high quality.
